What Youll Do as an Installation Foreman

• Lead installation crews and direct daily job-site activities to keep projects safe productive and on schedule.
• Oversee the installation of bulk propane systems ensuring all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Perform hands-on installation work including piping layout cutting threading welding and equipment operation as needed.
• Communicate safety expectations conduct job-site hazard assessments and promote a strong culture of safety.
• Monitor project progress maintain daily logs and provide regular updates to supervisors and project management teams.
• Coordinate materials equipment and workforce resources to support efficient project execution.
• Investigate and address job-site challenges safety concerns and operational issues in partnership with management.
• Collaborate with internal teams subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Our Ideal Installation Foreman

• Experienced Leader: Brings at least two years of leadership experience and can effectively direct crews in a construction industrial piping or installation environment.
• Technically Skilled: Can read schematics and detailed site drawings and possesses strong mechanical aptitude. Willing to perform hands-on installation work. Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus.
• Industry Knowledgeable: Has basic knowledge of propane or related equipment has completed CETP or equivalent propane industry training and understands industry best practices.
• Reliable & Accountable: Takes ownership of projects follows through on commitments and leads crews with confidence and consistency.
• Safety-Focused: Prioritizes safe work practices follows procedures and promotes accountability on every job site.
• Adaptable Traveler: Enjoys working outdoors traveling extensively and tackling unique projects in different locations throughout the East Coast.
