• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces air conditioners heat pumps and ductwork
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics and equipment manuals to ensure proper system installation
• Perform startup testing and commissioning of newly installed HVAC equipment
• Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to meet installation deadlines
• Ensure all installations meet local codes safety standards and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate professionally with customers explaining system operation and maintenance best practices
• Maintain a clean organized job site and company vehicle

• 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience required
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Solid knowledge of heating cooling and ventilation systems and components
• Ability to read blueprints wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
