Job Summary
Are you an experienced Inside Sales professional looking for an opportunity to grow If so Emerson has an exciting position for you! Based in Pearland TX you will provide total support to sales representatives and their customers by providing technical support pre-sale and post-sales this position you will partner with customers to make the world healthier safer and balanced!
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide full customer service and order management.
- Take ownership to understand the customers needs.
- Efficiently offer product alternatives for customers based on clear application requirements to meet customer and support sales objectives best.
- Act as an information resource for Field Sales Representatives.
- Improve the scope of supply.
- Review incoming order requests.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the sale through additional options and complimentary products.
- Represent Rosemount policies and practices properly within a variety of communication channels to customers.
- Associates Degree
- Three (3) years of related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a global heavily matrixed organization combined with exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or technical field
- Bi-lingual a plus
