Job Summary
Inside Sales Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Operations Manager to join our growing sales team.This role will manage all call center operations withinourinside salesdepartment including quality assurance. If you are results-driven well-organized detail-orientedand enjoy leading a team this position will be a great fit for you.
What Youll Do:
Demonstrate leadership skills and act as a mentor to the team
Developstrategies to improve sales appointment scheduling
Ensure that the Inside Sales Call Center team is always in compliance with policies and guidelines
Monitor the performance of call center representatives and report data such as:
Time and attendance
Daily production
Total overall results
Build andmaintainpositive work relationships with team members
Train and develop team members for success
Coach employees as needed for improvement and growth as well as for compliance and quotas
Schedule and conduct new hire training continuing training and retraining sessions as needed
Research and be knowledgeable of key industry trends tools and processes to improve department efficiency as well as to stay aware of competitor offerings and prices
Collaborate with Sales Managers toestablishgoals and to develop tools and processes
Monitor calls with the help of the Quality Assurance Team to ensure compliance and quality
Resolve escalated customer complaints and grievances
Other duties as assigned
What Youll Bring to the Table:
3 years of Call center management experience
Prior sales experience
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Effective leadership and coaching skillswith proven ability to develop sales teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Understanding of Microsoft applications and programs
Abilityto meet strict deadlines and quotas
