Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr Infrastructure DataCenter Program Manager to lead and manage enterprise Data Center and LAB Management services across multiple locations. This role requires strong expertise in infrastructure operations managed services delivery stakeholder management governance and lab/data center modernization initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in infrastructure program management data center operations lab environments networking and cross-functional team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end Data Center and LAB managed services delivery
- Manage multi-site lab environments including setup expansion and operations
- Ensure operational efficiency high availability and SLA adherence
- Oversee asset lifecycle management including procurement deployment tracking and decommissioning
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership and stakeholders
- Provide governance updates executive reporting and escalation management
- Align delivery execution with business priorities and roadmap
- Establish PMO governance KPI tracking and reporting cadence
Infrastructure & Lab Operations
- Manage lab infrastructure environments including compute storage virtualization networking and test environments
- Oversee inventory and asset tracking systems
- Drive lab utilization optimization and process standardization
- Ensure compliance with security audit and operational standards
Financial & Commercial Ownership
- Manage program financials including P&L billing utilization and margin optimization
- Ensure adherence to SOWs scope management and change request governance
Team Leadership & Transformation
- Lead onsite and offshore infrastructure teams vendors and support engineers
- Drive hiring onboarding and performance management activities
- Identify automation opportunities across lab operations and monitoring
- Support infrastructure modernization and scaling initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Data Center Operations and LAB Management
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure managed services programs
- Strong understanding of:
- Networking (LAN/WAN SD-WAN Cisco technologies)
- Data center infrastructure (compute storage virtualization)
- Asset lifecycle and lab/test environment management

- Experience with PMO governance SLA/KPI management and executive reporting
- Exposure to financial management including P&L billing and margin control
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Background
- Experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments across multiple sites
- Strong managed services and operations background
- Experience leading global onsite/offshore infrastructure teams
- Exposure to automation observability and infrastructure modernization initiatives
