Job Summary
The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design stability and security of the organizations IT environment. This includes managing servers cloud platforms identity systems and core infrastructure that supports global operations. This role ensures systems are reliable secure and scalable to meet current and future needs.
Key responsibilities of the IT Infrastructure Engineer include but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure (physical and virtual environments)
- Administer cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS or similar) and hybrid environments
- Oversee identity and access management (Active Directory Entra ID SSO MFA)
- Ensure system security patching and vulnerability management across all environments
- Monitor system performance uptime and capacity; proactively address risks
- Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions ensuring data integrity and availability
- Support network infrastructure including firewalls VPNs and connectivity across locations
- Lead infrastructure-related projects (migrations upgrades implementations)
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners for infrastructure and security services
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and system architecture diagrams
- Provide escalation support for complex technical issues from Help Desk

Qualifications :
- 58 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering
- Strong experience with virtual environments (VMware Hyper-V or similar)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure AWS or Google Cloud)
- Solid understanding of networking security principles and best practices
- Experience with backup disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Familiarity with scripting or automation (PowerShell Bash or similar) preferred
