- Provide a safe clean and nurturing classroom environment for infants (6 weeks to 12 months).
- Follow a daily schedule that includes feeding diapering tummy time and early learning activities.
- Build loving relationships with babies families and co-teachers.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their childs daily experiences growth and milestones.
- Maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing standards and safety policies.
- At least 6 months of professional infant or childcare experience (required).
- CDA Associates Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
- Genuine love and patience for infants and early learning.
- Competitive hourly pay: $16.50$18.50/hr based on experience
