INDEPENDENT FREIGHT BROKER

We are seeking independent freight brokers to manage freight transactions connect shippers with carriers and build their own freight brokerage business. This is a contractor role offering earning potential based on freight volume and margins.

Key Responsibilities

Source freight loads and match with carriers
Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers
Manage freight transaction documentation
Build shipper and carrier relationships
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
Handle billing and collections

Requirements

1 years of freight brokerage or logistics experience
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
Knowledge of freight markets and pricing

Compensation

Earning Potential: $50000 $350000/year (based on volume and margins)
