Salary: $65000 - $70000

Program: Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)

Location: Philadelphia & Delaware Counties

What you will do

• Provide direct supervision to program staff (individual and group) maintain 24-hour availability for emergency consultation and offer backup supervisory support to other programs as needed

• Ensure all program services comply with recovery and cultural competency principles applicable licensing standards contractual requirements and agency policies

• Collect and assess outcome data conduct continual program evaluation and develop and implement performance improvement strategies

• Oversee staff development through regular meetings in-service training and performance feedback; assist supervisor in developing the annual program plan

• Manage program operations including budget oversight documentation of compliance indicators community and interagency relations and development of formal proposals to address program needs

What you Bring

• Masters Degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university (or evaluated foreign equivalent) with a minimum of three years of post-degree experience in behavioral health including one year of progressive supervisory responsibility and at least one year of direct mental health services to children youth or young adults

• Active Pennsylvania licensure required in one of the following: LPC LCSW LSW psychologist psychiatrist CRNP with mental health certification marriage and family therapist or licensed behavior specialist with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS services

• Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance criminal clearance and fingerprint-based federal criminal history check; verified absence from all Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists
