Program: Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)
Location: Philadelphia & Delaware Counties
What you will do
Provide direct supervision to program staff (individual and group) maintain 24-hour availability for emergency consultation and offer backup supervisory support to other programs as needed
Ensure all program services comply with recovery and cultural competency principles applicable licensing standards contractual requirements and agency policies
Collect and assess outcome data conduct continual program evaluation and develop and implement performance improvement strategies
Oversee staff development through regular meetings in-service training and performance feedback; assist supervisor in developing the annual program plan
Manage program operations including budget oversight documentation of compliance indicators community and interagency relations and development of formal proposals to address program needs
What you Bring
Masters Degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university (or evaluated foreign equivalent) with a minimum of three years of post-degree experience in behavioral health including one year of progressive supervisory responsibility and at least one year of direct mental health services to children youth or young adults
Active Pennsylvania licensure required in one of the following: LPC LCSW LSW psychologist psychiatrist CRNP with mental health certification marriage and family therapist or licensed behavior specialist with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS services
Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance criminal clearance and fingerprint-based federal criminal history check; verified absence from all Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists
