Responsibilities
- Provide overall program leadership and governance across multiple IAM workstreams.
- Own end to end program planning including scope alignment milestones dependencies and delivery cadence.
- Ensure all IAM initiatives are executed in line with approved SOW in scope / out of scope boundaries and regulatory expectations.
- Oversee and coordinate multiple IAM Project Managers and workstreams.
- Establish and manage program level governance forums steering committees and stakeholder reviews.
- Track and manage program level risks issues dependencies and inter workstream impacts.
- Ensure consistent execution of office hours based consultative engagement models across IAM initiatives.
- Provide administrative and strategic oversight to IAM teams on cleanup segregation migration and remediation progress.
- Review and validate that IAM guidance and outcomes align with enterprise IAM architecture security policies and compliance standards.
- Serve as the primary client facing leadership contact for IAM program delivery.
- Deliver executive level reporting dashboards and presentations covering progress risks and outcomes.
- Drive alignment between IAM Architects SMEs Project Managers and client stakeholders.
- Support prioritization and sequencing decisions across IAM workstreams.
- Ensure lessons learned best practices and metrics are captured and reused across the program.
- Mentor and guide IAM Project Managers and delivery leads.
- Escalate critical risks or scope conflicts to executive sponsors as required.
- Maintain strong collaboration with security compliance audit application and platform teams.
- Ensure the program remains advisory and governance focused without assuming hands on execution or change implementation ownership.
