• Manage all kitchen operations including inventory staffing and food quality
• Develop and implement menu items ensuring freshness and high standards
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and safety standards
• Monitor food presentation and quality throughout service
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Optimize kitchen workflows for efficiency and consistency

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager in high-volume settings
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
