HVAC Maintenance Technician

Now Hiring: Full Time Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician.

The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance inspections seasonal tune-ups on residential heating and cooling systems. The goal is to ensure systems are operating efficiently safely and reliably while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems including cleaning inspecting and testing equipment.
• Diagnose system issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Check system components such as thermostats electrical connections condensate drains motors filters and refrigerant levels.
• Identify potential issues and recommend repairs or replacements when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities inspections and customer interactions.
• Follow company safety procedures and adhere to all local state and federal HVAC codes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about findings recommendations and system performance.
• Ensure all tools equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and organized.
• Assist other team members and departments as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or related field.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems components and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of environments (indoor/outdoor attics crawl spaces)
