Job Summary
Were seeking an HVAC Supervisor to oversee controls installations for one of our clients commercial mechanical projects. Our client is a respected contractor with a strong project pipeline across institutional mission critical industrial and large commercial work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily field operations across multiple active jobsites including manpower schedule and quality
- Coordinate with general contractors mechanical trades and engineering teams on installation sequencing
- Submit and track RFIs permitting documentation and submittal packages through project lifecycle
- Lead startup point-to-point checkout and commissioning activities with project engineers
- Mentor field technicians and enforce safety workmanship and documentation standards on site
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of hands-on experience with HVAC controls and DDC systems
- Prior supervisory experience leading field crews on commercial construction projects
- Working knowledge of Automated Logic or comparable building automation platforms
- AutoCAD proficiency for redlines as-builts and shop drawing review
- Experience reading mechanical electrical and control drawings
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
- Ability to communicate clearly with owners engineers and trade partners
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between regional jobsites
