What Youll Be Doing
- Support HR Operations by enhancing existing HR processes through the use of AI tools automation and digital solutions
- Assist with managing and tracking HR Operations projects including timelines documentation and deliverables
- Partner with HR team members to analyze workflows identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Prepare data analysis reports and presentations that support operational decisionmaking
- Document standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What Are We Looking For
- Enrollment in the later years of a bachelors degree program or a masters degree program in Human Resources Business Administration Management or a related field
- Strong interest in HR Operations process improvement project management and applied technology
- Ability to learn test and apply AIenabled tools in an HR environment
- Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively and independently
Work Environment
This is an officebased role within a collaborative and professional HR environment. The internship provides handson experience in HR Operations and is designed to complement academic coursework. The position may be eligible for college credit and/or participation in a COOP program subject to school requirements and approvals.
