POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This is onsite position 5 days per week during regular business hours.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:

  • Partner with the HR Leaders to implement and support HR strategies that meet site-specificgoals.

  • Provide guidance on basic HR topics such as policies procedures and employee relations underthe direction of the HR Leader.

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and support informed decision making.

  • Help administer core HR programs (performance management engagement onboarding etc.)at the site level.

  • Participate in employee relations investigations documentation and follow-up actions asneeded.

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and support on HR-related issues.

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) with benefits talent acquisition and Learning & Development activities to ensure consistent HR support and compliance at the site.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Required Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Industrial RelationsPsychology or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Human Resources certification (e.g. PHR SHRM-SCP CHRP) is desirable.

  • Experience: Minimum of 24 years of experience in Human Resources. Demonstrated ability tobuild relationships and provide support to employees and managers.

Skills Required

  • HR systems proficiency: Proficient in using basic HR information systems and common officesoftware tools.

  • Data support capability: Able to manage routine HR data tasks and generate reports to supportteam needs.

  • Employment law knowledge: Familiar with fundamental labor laws and basic compliancerequirements.
