POSITION DESCRIPTION:Step into a careerbuilding HRBP role at Creation Technologies a fastmoving electronics services provider where people and innovation power everything we do. This is onsite position 5 days per week during regular business hours.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
Partner with the HR Leaders to implement and support HR strategies that meet site-specificgoals.
Provide guidance on basic HR topics such as policies procedures and employee relations underthe direction of the HR Leader.
Assist in gathering and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and support informed decision making.
Help administer core HR programs (performance management engagement onboarding etc.)at the site level.
Participate in employee relations investigations documentation and follow-up actions asneeded.
Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and support on HR-related issues.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) with benefits talent acquisition and Learning & Development activities to ensure consistent HR support and compliance at the site.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Required Experience
Education: Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Industrial RelationsPsychology or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Human Resources certification (e.g. PHR SHRM-SCP CHRP) is desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 24 years of experience in Human Resources. Demonstrated ability tobuild relationships and provide support to employees and managers.
Skills Required
HR systems proficiency: Proficient in using basic HR information systems and common officesoftware tools.
Data support capability: Able to manage routine HR data tasks and generate reports to supportteam needs.
Employment law knowledge: Familiar with fundamental labor laws and basic compliancerequirements.
