Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

New Hires:
  • Orientations
  • Preparing paperwork
  • Backgrounds drug testing offer letters etc.
ADP:
  • Set up new hires
  • Help employees with password resets
  • Help employees with vacation requests
  • Help employees with benefit inquires (QEs)
  • Make changes (ex: employment changes title changes mgr changes add titles)
  • Run reports (weekly attendance report weekly headcount report monthly bday and anniversary report misc. reports for projects)
  • Changes to employees status setting up codes etc.

BENEFITS:
  • Helping employees with benefit questions
  • Reviewing the weekly EOI reports for updates
  • Review and audit monthly bills from carriers for accuracy (UHC Guardian)
  • Updating changes in ADP
  • Open enrollment assistance for employees including setting up benefits reviewing changes running reports walking employees through changes misc. benefits projects required (NOV DEC JAN)

HR MISC:
  • Filing
  • Making announcements/postings (meetings bday/anniversary) meetings
  • Following up with employees for questions (address changes general HR questions)
  • LMS employee assistance and password resets
  • Send timesheets to agencies and prepare Excel temp log spreadsheet (weekly)
  • Preparing write-ups for employees (weekly) & maintain disciplinary tracker log
  • Running and prepping Excel Attendance report for me (weekly)
  • Posting jobs to Ohio Means Jobs reviewing resumes contacting employees or candidates as needed
  • Misc. projects as needed


Top Skills Needed: ADP Workforce MSWord Excel high confidentiality ability to be flexible prefer someone in manufacturing background and able to work independently

Work Hours: Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:00 am 12:00 pm *
*Can be flexible on the Wednesday schedule but prefer the Monday schedule due to new hires temp timesheets due reports due etc.
