Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
New Hires:
- Orientations
- Preparing paperwork
- Backgrounds drug testing offer letters etc.
ADP:
- Set up new hires
- Help employees with password resets
- Help employees with vacation requests
- Help employees with benefit inquires (QEs)
- Make changes (ex: employment changes title changes mgr changes add titles)
- Run reports (weekly attendance report weekly headcount report monthly bday and anniversary report misc. reports for projects)
- Changes to employees status setting up codes etc.
BENEFITS:
- Helping employees with benefit questions
- Reviewing the weekly EOI reports for updates
- Review and audit monthly bills from carriers for accuracy (UHC Guardian)
- Updating changes in ADP
- Open enrollment assistance for employees including setting up benefits reviewing changes running reports walking employees through changes misc. benefits projects required (NOV DEC JAN)
HR MISC:
- Filing
- Making announcements/postings (meetings bday/anniversary) meetings
- Following up with employees for questions (address changes general HR questions)
- LMS employee assistance and password resets
- Send timesheets to agencies and prepare Excel temp log spreadsheet (weekly)
- Preparing write-ups for employees (weekly) & maintain disciplinary tracker log
- Running and prepping Excel Attendance report for me (weekly)
- Posting jobs to Ohio Means Jobs reviewing resumes contacting employees or candidates as needed
- Misc. projects as needed
Top Skills Needed: ADP Workforce MSWord Excel high confidentiality ability to be flexible prefer someone in manufacturing background and able to work independently
Work Hours: Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:00 am 12:00 pm *
*Can be flexible on the Wednesday schedule but prefer the Monday schedule due to new hires temp timesheets due reports due etc.
