Qualifications
15 years of experience in technology leadership including 5 years in a senior executive role ideally within Health and/or State and Local markets.
Proven leadership and team-building abilities with a history of mentoring and developing high-performing technical talent.
Demonstrated success in building scaling and leading technology teams driving large-scale transformations and implementing innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
Strong track record of successfully navigating matrixed organizations building consensus and influencing key stakeholders across diverse teams.
Deep expertise in Enterprise IT including software development cloud infrastructure IT operations cybersecurity data analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external stakeholders such as strategic alliance partners vendors and customers.
Strategic thinker with robust business acumen skilled at aligning technology initiatives with broader organizational goals to drive growth and success.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a data-driven solution-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel as needed with flexibility for up to 25% travel.

$190000 - $304000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
