Job Summary

Supports a wide range of HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management compensation benefits compliance and organizational development.
Recruitment Support
  • Assist with fullcycle recruitment selection and onboarding processes.
  • Assist Recruiter with developing recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning needs.
  • Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
Front Reception
  • Manageall receptiondutiesincludinggreeting clients visitors and staff with a professional and courteousdemeanor managingcheck-ins with efficiency.
  • Managing a multi-line phone system to answer and redirect calls promptly whilemaintainingprofessionalismwelcoming visitors in a warm and friendly mannerregisteringvisitors;issueandreplacelostvisitorspass whenneededoperatingtelephone console to receive collect and distribute incoming calls and messages.
Human Resources Support
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions or redirecting higher level matters to the appropriate team member.
  • Assists with processing of terminations.
  • Makes photocopies; mails scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
  • Files documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Prepares new-employee files.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree in human resources business or another related field preferred.
  • Combination of education and work experience will be considered.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • 5 years Human Resources experience is required.
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws is required.
  • 2 years minimum experience processing payroll with 300 employees Workday ADP or Paycor experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
