Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support the daily human resources operations of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment onboarding employee records benefits administration and office compliance while helping maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting interviewing and onboarding new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially
- Coordinate job postings resume screening and interview scheduling
- Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Help administer employee benefits and answer HR-related questions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Organize employee training meetings and company events
- Prepare HR reports letters and internal communications
- Manage onboarding materials and orientation for new hires
- Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Handle general administrative duties for the HR department
- Coordinate with management regarding staffing needs and employee relations
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus
