We are seeking a Housing Program Manager is responsible for managing OCES Housing Programs as assigned to ensure comprehensive and coordinated service systems

What youll do:

• Acting as a liaison to community agencies such as Local Housing Authorities providers and other community representatives to enhance communication and coordination
• Ensuring quality of programs in accordance with policies and procedures
• Maintaining program handbooks and other program materials
• Monitoring and approving the work of assigned Housing Program staff
• Participating in contracting processes grant applications and budget development processes as appropriate
• Planning and developing procedures to optimize program operations; implement initiatives to provide vibrant community programs
• Representing the agency as directed; participating in public outreach/education activities
• Submitting all reports as required

What youll bring:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and related software
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in program administration/development
• Ability to plan and organize work independently
• Ability to develop and promote collaboration
• Working knowledge of community programs providers resources and community health care programs
• Bachelors degree Social Work or related human services field; masters degree preferred
• Current Social Work License preferred
• Minimum five years experience in human services
