Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Helpdesk Support professionals for an immediate 8-week assignment supporting enterprise IT operations in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills technical troubleshooting experience and the ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Answer Helpdesk calls and log incidents accurately into the ticketing system
Provide remote troubleshooting and first-level technical support
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams
Monitor Helpdesk email and voicemail queues
Maintain asset management records and knowledgebase documentation
Support desktop hardware/software changes and upgrades
Perform basic onsite maintenance and equipment support as needed
Ensure timely ticket resolution and customer satisfaction
