Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our real estate company. The ideal candidate will support employees agents and office staff with hardware software network and system-related issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations. Strong communication problem-solving and technical support skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for employees and real estate agents
- Troubleshoot hardware software email and network issues
- Respond to help desk tickets phone calls and support requests promptly
- Install configure and maintain computers printers and office equipment
- Support CRM systems cloud applications and real estate software platforms
- Assist with user account setup password resets and system access
- Document technical issues solutions and support activities
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for advanced technical issues
- Maintain system security updates and backups
- Train employees on basic software and technology usage
Qualifications
- Previous IT support or help desk experience required
- Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems efficiently
- Experience supporting remote and in-office users
