Job Summary
TheHelp Desk Analystis thefirst point of contact for employees requiring technicalassistanceand support across Structural Integrity Associates anditssubsidiaries. This roleis responsible forresponding to support requests troubleshooting technical issues documenting resolutions and escalating issues whenappropriate.
The position supports a wide range of technologies including end-user hardware Microsoft 365 mobile devices printersconferencingtechnologies remote access solutions engineering software and enterprise business applications. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys helping people learningnew technologies andworking collaboratively within a high performing team in afast-pacedenvironment.
Essential Duties &Responsibilities:
Managesupport requests using the companys Service Desk ticketing system
Resolvesissues involving end-user hardware operating systems Microsoft 365 account access printers networking mobile devices business applications and engineering software.
Create manage and troubleshoot user accounts permissionsandauthenticationusingActive Directory Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration tools.
Deployand supportcompany systemsusing Microsoft Intune Windows Autopilot and endpoint management tools.
Assistusers with software installs configuration updates and licensing for company-approved applications.
Support Microsoft 365 Teams SharePoint Box NetSuite VPN and related cloud-based services.
Supportemployee onboardingthroughworkstation deployment account provisioning and IT orientation.
Escalate complex issues andworkwith senior IT staff vendors and business units to ensuretimelyresolution.
Maintainaccuratedocumentation of troubleshooting activities resolutions knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures..
Qualifications:
Associates degree in computer science information technology or related technical lieu of degreeadditionalwork experience and/or trade schoolisacceptable.
Minimum 3 years of professional experienceina network or desktop systems specialistrole
Certifications likeCompTIAA MicrosoftCertified Professionalor similar are strongly recommended.
Knowledge of Microsoft365products(Office SuiteExchangeand SharePoint Online).
KnowledgeofMicrosoft Active Directory management.
Must be able to lift 25 to 40 pounds
PreferredSkills:
Experience supporting Microsoft Entra IDInTune WindowsAutoPilot and Microsoft 365.
Experience with Oracle and othercloud basedapplications.
Experience withService Deskticketing systems andremote support tools.
Experience supporting and managing mobile devices
