Guidewire Digital Technical Lead

Location: 100% Remote (Occasional travel to Phoenix AZ once a month if required)
Duration: Long-Term Contract (6 months to 3 years)

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Digital Technical Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire Digital Solutions and the Jutro Framework. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts support cloud-based Guidewire implementations and manage distributed teams across the US and India.

• Design develop and implement digital solutions using the Guidewire Cloud Jutro Digital Platform.
• Lead technical development activities and guide offshore/onshore team members.
• Collaborate with product owners architects and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Work on Guidewire Cloud integrations including Integration Gateway and backend connectivity.
• Develop and support Jutro integrations and digital customer-facing applications.
• Ensure application performance scalability and reliability through testing and debugging.
• Provide technical leadership code reviews and best practice recommendations.
• Maintain technical documentation system configurations and development standards.

• Strong experience with Guidewire Digital Solutions and Jutro Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform especially PolicyCenter (PC).
• Experience with Integration Gateway and Guidewire Cloud integrations.
• Knowledge of Guidewire APD and BillingCenter.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS JavaScript HTML CSS and related web technologies.
• Experience with API integrations and microservices architecture.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Guidewire Digital Specialist Certification preferred.
• Experience leading distributed teams in agile environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-native application development and deployment practices.
