Job Summary
Position: Growth Lead
Role Location - San Francisco

MUST HAVE SKILLS
Channel Experience
Hands-on experience with at least one of: LinkedIn marketing social media events influencer marketing paid ads not expected to be expert in all
Track record of running growth experiments end to end building measuring killing doubling down
Comfort with growth engineering / data work building loops A/B testing measuring properly
Content creation chops are strong plus YouTube Twitter LinkedIn and video production
Execution and Energy
Bubbling with energy opinionated willing to throw 15 ideas at the wall
High agency comfortable being the first growth person at the company building playbooks rather than following them
Bias toward shipping experiments fast over polishing strategy decks
Comfortable working alongside a team thats product-led-by-default and gently pulling them into new channels Background
2 5 years of experience in growth marketing or growth engineering
Has put real effort into a growth role at a startup ideally one that didnt fully work out (the scar tissue matters)
OR was a junior at a fast-growing company and is now ready to own growth themselves
More than 5 years of experience is a non-fit Abhishek explicitly said senior growth leaders wont be motivated to start over here and Kite isnt sized to attract that profile
