Job Description
The Little Foundation is hiring a Group Home Manager in the East Valley to support individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who is passionate about providing high-quality care and promoting independence.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of a DDD group home
Ensure full DDD compliance with policies and procedures
Protect and advocate for member rights
Supervise and support direct care staff
Maintain a safe structured and supportive home environment
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of DDD group home experience
Strong knowledge of DDD policies and residential care standards
Leadership experience in a group home setting preferred
Compassionate reliable and highly motivated
Additional Requirements
Must pass a background check
Must have a valid drivers license
