Groundsperson

We are looking for a Groundsperson to join our team at Kohls Ranch Lodge in Payson AZ. As a Groundsperson you will be responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscape as well as general cleanliness.

What will I be doing

• Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as advised.
• Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping mowing trimming weeding and overall cleanliness
• Transport tools materials and supplies as required.
• Removes and reinstalls trash dumpsters.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by the leader.

What are we looking for

• Clean and valid drivers license
• No experience required- we will train you on everything you need to know!
• Push/pull up to 50lbs
• Flexible to work varied days and shifts including weekends and/or holidays
