This position handles the care maintenance and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscape as well as general cleanliness.

As aGrounds Keeperyou will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as directed.
• Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness using backpack blowers and pressure wash desks and other surfaces
• Transport and use of tools materials and supplies as required
• Remove trash remove and reinstall trash dumpsters
• Remove dust dirt grease and waste material from surfaces.
• Dig holes ditches and trenches.
• Maintain detailed record-keeping in English for logs and inspection sheets.
