Schedule Details: Our Maintenance and Engineering Department operates 7 days a week. The work schedule will be the morning shift between 6 am-3 pm including weekends and holidays.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as directed.
- Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness using backpack blowers and pressure wash desks and other surfaces
- Transport and use of tools materials and supplies as required
- Remove trash remove and reinstall trash dumpsters
- Remove dust dirt grease and waste material from surfaces.
- Dig holes ditches and trenches.
- Maintain detailed record-keeping in English for logs and inspection sheets.

To fulfill this role successfully you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior grounds or landscaping experience
- Experience maintaining and using tools and equipment
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Hospitality and/or hotel experience
