Job Summary
Essential Functions
Grants Management Communicate with project coordinators Requesting and setting up cost centers for new grants Use online tools to assist with grant tracking and closeout processes Be familiar with all applicable grant compliance guidelines and regulations Coordinate survey projects Maintain the central file of grant records Collect and maintain required forms Keep the active grants information updated Assist with preparation for audits and monitoring visits File resource materials Research and Writing Assist with basic research and data collection for grant projects Assist with writing and editing grants Assist with report processes Complete specific assignments related to grants; for example updating a previous application with recent data developing forms writing and editing reports etc. Promote a Culture of Belonging Support and promote an environment of belonging where all students faculty members and college employees feel welcomed valued and empowered to contribute. Foster a community where each individual and their varied perspectives enrich the educational experience and create a safe and respectful environment. Support the Colleges policies and programming related to access fair employment and equal opportunities for all.
Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree OR Two (2) years of post-secondary education. Two (2) years of professional-level work experience in grant writing proposal development or a directly related field.
