Job Summary
Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club one of the emerald coasts premier private clubs is seeking a full-time Golf Shop Manager to join our professional staff and assist in delivering an exceptional golf experience to our membership.
The Golf Shop Manager will play a key role in the daily retail andoperational management of the golf shop working closely with the Director of Golf and professional staff to ensure the shop operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
This position is ideal for a motivated organized and service-oriented professional with a passion for golf retail merchandising and private club hospitality.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Retail or golf shop experience preferred
Knowledge of golf equipment and apparel is a plus
Professional demeanor and commitment to member service
Ability to work in a fast-paced private club environment
Availability to work weekends and holidays during the golf season
Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily organization and maintenance of the golf shop
Assist with merchandise ordering receiving and inventory management
Track inventory levels and maintain accurate product records
Assist in the merchandising and display of golf equipment and apparel
Provide excellent service to members and guests through in-person and phone interactions
Answer phones and assist with golf-related inquiries
Develop a strong working knowledge of club programming tournaments and golf calendar events
Assist the professional staff with daily golf operations as needed
Ensure the golf shop is consistently presented at the highest professional standard
