Location: Tampa FL (In-Person) Compensation: $65000 $75000 per year Performance-Based Bonus

The Role
As the General Manager you are the CEO of your location. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant from daily operations and food safety to financial performance and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Culture: Recruit train and retain a high-performing team. Foster a positive inclusive work environment where every employee is set up for success.
Operational Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of food quality cleanliness and speed of service are met during every shift.
Financial Oversight: Manage labor costs inventory and waste to maximize profitability. Review P&L statements and execute strategies to hit aggressive sales goals.
Guest Experience: Maintain a customer-first culture resolving feedback with professionalism and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health safety and security standards ensuring the restaurant is always "audit-ready."
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3 years of General Management experience in high-volume Quick Service (QSR) or fast-casual dining.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead mentor and hold a large team accountable.
Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and pivot quickly to meet changing operational needs.
Location: Must be local to or willing to commute to the Tampa area.
