As General Manager of our Evansville office the success of this franchise rests with you. Growth operations financial performance team culture community reputationyou own all of it. Your biggest job is people. Youll lead and grow your key playersthe team who runs scheduling recruitment client services and business developmentand turn them into a high-performing unit that delivers for our clients and Care Professionals every day. Youre also the face of our franchise in the community personally building the referral relationships that fuel our growth.

And theres a number that matters: a 12.5% year-over-year increase in hours of care. Youll own that goalbut the way you hit it isnt through pressure or shortcuts. Its through strong operations a team that performs and a community that trusts us. Behind every percentage point is a senior living better at home. Thats the work. Its demanding its relentless at times and it genuinely matters.

What youll own

Lead and grow your key players

  • Oversee all office functionsscheduling Care Professional recruitment and engagement client services and business development
  • Interview hire train coach and develop your administrative teamyour key playersinto people who grow with the business
  • Conduct performance appraisals and have the honest conversations that make a team better

Drive growth and business development

  • Lead your offices business development effort including your Business Development Manager and own the drive toward our 12.5% hours-of-care growth goal
  • Coach and develop your Business Development Manager: set clear targets monitor performance remove obstacles and help them grow
  • Stay personally active and visible in the communitybuilding and maintaining referral relationships is part of your job not something you hand off entirely

Run the business

  • Execute the annual operational plan and budget set by senior leadershipand bring your field insight and ideas to help shape it
  • Deliver on the plans revenue gross profit and profitability goalsyoure accountable for hitting the numbers
  • Manage departmental outcomes and direct changes when something isnt working

Hold the standard

  • Ensure adherence to all company policies procedures and business ethics codes
  • Communicate and model those standards for every employee
  • Embody our core valuesempathy integrity persistence and community focusin how you lead

What were looking for

This role calls for a proven leader. Not someone learning to leadsomeone who has done it owned the outcomes and has the track record to show for it. Specifically:

  • You have a proven track record. Youve led teams carried real accountability for results and can point to what you built or turned around. Three to five years of related business or leadership experience is the foundation were looking for.

A word about experience

A college degree is welcome and prior experience in senior care or healthcare will help you ramp faster. But neither one is what were screening for. What matters most is a demonstrated track record of leading people driving growth and delivering resultswherever youve done it. Show us what youve led and what came of it.

Tech youll use

Youll work in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) client care and scheduling software Microsoft Word Excel and Teams plus Home Insteads internal systems. You should be comfortable operating in these tools and leading a team that relies on them.

A valid drivers license and the ability to travel within the Evansville area are required. This role includes some evenings and weekendsrunning a franchise means being available when the business needs you.
