Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the clinic to consistently exceed performance targets across revenue patient satisfaction retention and operational efficiency.
  • Develop execute and continuously refine sales marketing and community outreach strategies to drive sustained growth and brand dominance in the local market.
  • Establish best-in-class clinic standards-experience professionalism cleanliness and execution.

Extreme Ownership

  • Own the full P&L of the clinic including revenue growth cost control staffing efficiency and profitability. Results are owned not explained.
  • Take full responsibility for clinic performance addressing challenges proactively and solving problems without waiting to be asked.
  • Manage payroll scheduling inventory vendor relationships and front-office operations with precision and accountability.

Coachable & Growth-Driven

  • Actively seek feedback from ownership franchisor leadership patients and staff.
  • Commit to continuous personal and professional development as the business scales from single-unit to multi-unit operations.

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
