Job Responsibilities

- Lead the clinic to consistently exceed performance targets across revenue patient satisfaction retention and operational efficiency.
- Develop execute and continuously refine sales marketing and community outreach strategies to drive sustained growth and brand dominance in the local market.
- Establish best-in-class clinic standards-experience professionalism cleanliness and execution.
Extreme Ownership
- Own the full P&L of the clinic including revenue growth cost control staffing efficiency and profitability. Results are owned not explained.
- Take full responsibility for clinic performance addressing challenges proactively and solving problems without waiting to be asked.
- Manage payroll scheduling inventory vendor relationships and front-office operations with precision and accountability.

- Actively seek feedback from ownership franchisor leadership patients and staff.
