What Youll Do

• Operate woodworking equipment hand tools and production machinery
• Assist in the production and finishing of handcrafted pool cues
• Set up and operate manual lathes and other woodworking equipment
• Maintain high-quality craftsmanship standards in a fast-paced production environment
• Inspect and test finished products for quality and consistency
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

What Were Looking For

Ideal candidates are dependable detail-oriented and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Experience in any of the following is helpful:

• Manufacturing or production
• Woodworking or cabinet making
• Machining
• Wood finishing
• Operating hand tools or woodworking equipment

Were also looking for individuals who:

• Have strong attention to detail
• Possess basic math and mechanical aptitude
• Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Are reliable organized and team-oriented
• Enjoy hands-on work and learning new skills

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
