Job Summary
Role Overview
- Act as Functional Analyst Scrum Master for enterprise solutions
- Bridge business requirements to solution design and execution
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure delivery alignment
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into solution design
- Convert requirements into process flows / flowcharts
- Maintain functional documentation in Confluence
- Manage user stories backlog and tracking in Jira
- Facilitate daily scrum sprint planning and reviews
- Follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure progress and closure
- Coordinate with business architects and development teams
- Ensure end-to-end requirement clarity and execution
Required Skills
- Strong business solution design and requirement analysis
- Solid understanding of Solution Architecture concepts
- Experience creating process flows / flow diagrams
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Prior experience in software development (added advantage)
- Exposure to enterprise applications / integrations
- Basic exposure to AI / automation / digital initiatives
- Ability to handle FA Scrum light PM responsibilities
