Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting organizing and analyzing data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for using data to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain databases and data systems
Identify trends and patterns in data to provide valuable insights and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues
Develop and implement data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field
Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Knowledge of healthcare data and terminology is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
