The Foundation Operations Manager supports and enhances the operational functions of the Foundation organization. Under the direction of the Director - Foundation Operations the Foundation Operations Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations aligning programs and processes Ministry-wide standards supporting fund and database management and managing the logistics and execution of meetings and fundraising events.Position Details:
**This position will primarily work on-site at the Mercy St. Louis Foundation Office**
Qualifications:
Required Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree or commensurate experience in lieu of a degree in addition to the required experience
Require Experience: 3 years of experience in a supporting role
Preferred Experience: Experience in philanthropy is highly desirable
Other Skills:
- Management experience in meeting goals
- Excellent writing and organization skills
