Commercial Sales & Operations Manager

Were looking for an Outside Sales Manager who enjoys building relationships winning new business and helping ensure our customers receive outstanding service. This hybrid role combines sales and business development with some hands-on operational support making it a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

Youll be the face of our company in the local marketdeveloping new client relationships managing existing accounts and helping ensure every job meets our high standards.

• Identify and pursue new commercial clients through networking referrals research and outbound outreach
  
• Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and present our services
  
• Perform live demonstrations of services such as carpet tile and upholstery cleaning
  
• Prepare proposals negotiate and close new business opportunities
  
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM
  
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  

• Assist with hands-on cleaning and restoration services as needed to help maintain quality standards
  
• Create work orders and coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs are completed accurately
  
• Conduct quality inspections and follow up with customers after services are completed
  
• Help with scheduling resource planning and daily operations
  
• Support and motivate a small team to deliver excellent customer service
  

• Previous sales experience preferably in commercial services facilities restoration cleaning or a related industry
  
• Strong communication relationship-building and closing skills
  
• Comfortable meeting with customers and performing product or service demonstrations
  
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
