Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 1 5 years of experience to join Clients core platform team and help build an AI-native supply chain automation platform used by defense aerospace and industrial distributors. Youre a builder at heart - someone who has shipped real products thrives in zero-bureaucracy environments and moves fast without sacrificing quality.

What will you be doing

• Design build and maintain full-stack features across frontend (Svelte/React) backend APIs and Postgres databases - often end-to-end and independently
• Tackle ambiguous complex engineering problems: from refactoring form systems with custom logic to diagnosing slow-loading pages and rearchitecting the solution
• Collaborate closely with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to translate client-reported issues into fast stable fixes - often with next-day turnaround
• Build and integrate AI/LLM workflows into production using tools like Cursor Claude and Codex as part of your daily development flow
• Own multiple projects in parallel staying current with the evolving DevTools and web app landscape to make smart architectural decisions

Key Requirements

• Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript PostgreSQL - can write optimize and debug complex SQL queries; non-negotiable
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (Svelte preferred React or acceptable)
• Must have shipped at least one full-stack project end-to-end - be ready to show a GitHub repo live app or Loom demo
• AI-native: actively uses AI coding tools (Cursor Claude Codex etc.) in daily work - not just aware of them
• Experience at an early-stage startup or small company with real ownership; pure Big Tech backgrounds without subsequent startup exposure are a no
