Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional personal appearance always
• Organize and prepare for the days appointments
• Apply hospitality skills by warmly greeting and engaging with many different guests each day
• Perform Multi-point Inspection
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Close out repair order
• Commit to a leave-no-trace clean up
• Be part of an amazing cutting-edge team working to revolutionize the way we deliver our service experience!

Qualifications:

2 - 5 Years of Technical On-the-job Experience with Ford Certificationsis required. The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance and strong work ethic all while demonstrating behaviors consistent with the companys values in all customer interactions.

Other qualifications include:

• Automotive Technical/Trade School Degree preferred
• Able to Operate Electronic Diagnostic Equipment
• Ability to learn new technology
• A Positive Friendly Attitude
• Basic Computer skills
• Excellent Oral Communication Skills
• Must have a valid drivers license with good driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
