The Position

• Foster a welcoming event atmosphere and lead the service team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Supervise food and beverage service to ensure prompt attentive and high-quality hospitality.
• Maintain pristine organized and premium presentation across all event and public spaces.
• Oversee bar operations and ensure efficient safe and responsible service of alcohol (RSA compliance).
• Manage the setup transition and breakdown of tables and event layouts seamlessly.

The Person

• RSA (essential) Approved Managers (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills to engage professionally with VIPs clients and team members.
• Polished appearance and authoritative yet approachable demeanour.
• Highly organized multi-tasker with a sharp eye for detail and team management.
• Proactive friendly attitude dedicated to guest satisfaction and inquiry resolution.
• Calm and adaptable problem-solver who thrives in high-pressure fast-paced environments.
