Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our Transportation this role you will be at the heart of our fleet operations overseeing daily execution ensuring DOT compliance managing drivers and partnering closely with our account and safety teams to deliver results. This is a full-time exempt position with opportunities to make a direct impact across multiple customer accounts.
We are hiring in two key markets Northwest Arkansas and the Kansas City/Riverside MO area. If youre based in one of these regions and have a strong transportation background we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do
Lead day-to-day execution of asset-based fleet operations including dispatching load planning and cost control
Manage vendor negotiations and oversee preventative maintenance programs
Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and all company policies and procedures
Recruit hire and onboard fleet personnel including DOT Truck Drivers
Collaborate with Safety and HR teams to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Partner with account teams on business reviews customer meetings and pricing proposals
Monitor and achieve logistics KPIs and customer requirements
Problem-solve operational challenges and complete ad-hoc analyses as needed
What Were Looking For
Education: Bachelors Degree (4-year college or technical school) Preferred
Experience: 2 years of experience in Transportation (fleet operations logistics or related field)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to manage time meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Sound judgment and safety-conscious mindset
Valid Drivers License required
Physical Requirements
Primarily office/desk-based with occasional standing walking and light lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally). PPE required in operational environments including safety glasses steel-toe shoes and ear protection.
