Position Summary
As the field supervisor you will be responsible for a wide range of duties from daily maintenance and auditing to customer and client interaction while maintaining a positive helpful attitude.
Schedule
This is a full-time position (32 hours or more each week). Schedule is fkexible and can be adjusted on a week-to-week basis based on employee schedule.
Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check in daily on all locations.
Ensure all auditing equipment is functioning properly and perform necessary maintenance when needed.
Ensure that all tickets receipts and other supplies are stocked properly.
- Ensure all signage is in working order (clean on weekly basis or as needed).
- Check for cleanliness at all locations; including but not limited to; trash pickup sweeping graffiti removal and other cleaning relation items as necessary.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks and assignments are performed efficiently and thoroughly.
Auditing and Enforcement Duties and Responsibilities:
- Audit each designated parking lot/garage and check for violations.
Issue notices to violators and follow detailed citation issuance protocol.
Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as an ambassador for Parkwell checking in on local businesses
Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting.
- Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer learn the names and key people at each site (property managers engineers janitorial security etc).
- Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
- Be able to answer incoming customer calls regarding service problems customer questions and general client concerns.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background check
- Reliable transportation
- Must be okay working with hands and fixing things
