• Responsible for coordinating daily service operations and supporting field technicians to ensure efficient customer-focused service delivery.
• Reports to the General Manager and oversees administrative processes related to service scheduling dispatch work order management and customer communication.
• Collaborates with service technicians customers and management to coordinate appointments prioritize service requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintains accurate service records processes documentation and supports office operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Implements and follows administrative processes that improve workflow efficiency enhance customer satisfaction and support the overall success of the service department while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Experienced in office administration and supporting daily business operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel Outlook and Word.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of business operations and administrative processes.
