Field Service Engineer

Job Summary

The Field Service Engineer will install maintain and repair equipment on-site at customer locations. They serve as a key technical contact between the company and the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install test and commission equipment at client locations
• Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical or technical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades
• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Document service visits repairs and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering support logistics)
• Travel to customer sites as needed

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Engineering Electronics or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with troubleshooting technical equipment or systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to read technical manuals schematics and diagrams
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel frequently
