Were seeking a dynamic results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing business based in Flower Mound TX. This customer-facing role involves using our proven script-centric sales process to engage directly with (provided) leads to understand their challenges present our services as a solution to their challenges and drive sales. You will focus on bringing in new business and achieving sales targets contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Meet with 10-12 contacts per day.
Drive to multifamily hospitality and commercial locations to introduce Surface Experts repair solutions with the goal to build trust by educating customers on how repairs save money and time compared to replacement.
Utilize proven playbook we supply a clear script targeted territory lists demos and hands on training so you can win even without prior sales experience.
Coordinate with repair technicians and the franchise owner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Documenting sales activities in CRM by tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in between.
Compensation
$40000-$60000/year average OTE (base commission) depending on experience level.
Guaranteed salary during ramp-up period (typically 1-2 months) while you build your pipeline.
Mileage reimbursement: mileage and phone stipends

Detail-Oriented executes daily habits (routing documenting metrics sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue consistently.
