Support Cambridge Public Schools in its efforts to center equity and community voice in the search for the next Director of Family and Community Engagement (FACE). Building on prior collaboration during the superintendent search town halls in Spring 2025 this engagement will include the facilitation of two community dialogues and the option to extend the partnership through aligned professional development offerings in support of district goals around culturally affirming trust-centered family engagement.
Part I: Community Dialogue Facilitation FACE Search Facilitation of two community forums (1 in-person 1 virtual) that are inclusive dialoguebased and aligned with the values and goals of the Office of Equity Inclusion and Belonging.
Part II (Optional): Aligned Professional Development Facilitation of up to two tailored professional development sessions for CPSD staff and/or leaders aligned with FACE priorities and OEIBs vision for equity-centered partnership.
