Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent (Procurement Admin)

Company:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent to join our team in Seattle WA or Mesa AZ

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.

• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.

• Supports sourcing strategies negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.

• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

• Places purchase orders to support customers.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word

• 3 years experience drafting negotiating and executing purchase contracts and subcontracts

• 3 years experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions

• Fluent in both verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Bachelors degree or higher preferred but not required

• 3 years experience functioning in a cross-functional environment

• 3 years experience working with Supplier Management Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes

• 3 years experience managing supplier relationships strategic partnerships and supplier performance

• 3 years experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

Seattle WA: Level 3: $78000 - $133200

Level 4: $98000 - $166800

Mesa AZ: Level 3: $73000 - $124800

Level 4: $91000 - $156000
