Tapestry Solutions a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a highly organized analytically minded Executive Operations & Analytics Manager in Swansea IL to partner closely with senior leadership to drive data-led decision making coordinate executive workflows and oversee compliance and administrative operations. This role blends strategic analysis program management and executive support to ensure timely accurate data collection and insights efficient executive calendars and meetings and robust compliance and administrative execution.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage recurring and ad-hoc data calls across the organization to ensure timely accurate and auditable submissions
- Design maintain and improve data collection templates trackers and dashboards to support executive decision-making
- Analyze data synthesize findings and produce concise executive-ready briefings slide decks and recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (finance operations product compliance IT) to validate data quality and reconcile discrepancies
- Drive automation and process improvements to streamline data collections reduce manual effort improve timeliness and enhance auditability
- Own executive calendar optimization: prioritize requests schedule and prepare leadership for meetings and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Plan run and follow-up on executive meetings (e.g. weekly leadership huddles quarterly business reviews) including setting agendas managing materials tracking action items and monitoring progress
- Facilitate decision-making by preparing pre-reads summarizing options/risks and escalating critical issues with recommended next steps
- Supervise compliance and administrative teams/functions to ensure regulatory and policy adherence across reporting documentation and internal controls
- Implement and monitor processes for documentation retention audit readiness and operational compliance
- Continuously assess administrative workflows and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Manage direct reports within compliance/admin and coordinate with data analysts or business intelligence resources
- Serve as a trusted partner to the executive team and a liaison to broader organization stakeholders
- Mentor and develop team members; establish clear goals KPIs and performance expectations
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree
- The Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader temp manager large scale cross functional project/program management or formal manager experience) OR have completed relevant internal Boeing or external coursework to demonstrate the knowledge.
- 5 years of experience program management strategy operations or analytics
- 3 years of experience facilitating executive meetings including collecting and synthesizing the data
- 3 years of experience preparing executive level briefings presentations and dashboards
- 3 years of experience building custom or ad-hoc reports for analysis
- 3 years of experience completing process orientated tasks accurately and in an organized manner
- Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proactive bias for action and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Some experience working in a regulated industry
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and administrative controls
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives strongly preferred
- Experience supervising compliance teams ideal but not required

Summary base pay range $83000 - $105000
